Maximilian Bailey, alias Bailey, came through the esports ranks with beginning in the Formula 1 sim racing platform. Max transitioned seamlessly to Gran Turismo Sport competing in the Best of British series and reaching the finals in 2017 for the Ginette Juniors Scholarship.

Max has since moved to iRacing with the aim on developing himself as a driver in order to compete at a higher level within UK motorsports.
